- Handling, stacking, and grading of material
- Clean up fibrous material on the production floor with a shovel or broom
- Assist in plant operations including production, quality control, loading and shipping
- Must be willing to cross train in all plant areas
- Learn to operate plant-specific mobile equipment
- Follow all safety rules, regulations and procedures & Company policies
- Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude and energy level towards teammates and peers
- High school diploma or GED
- MUST HAVE STEEL TOED Boots/Shoes
- Previous Forklift/Warehouse experience
- Physically fit to lift up to 50lbs
- Submit to a background check and drug screen
