Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience in home health setting preferred, including evaluating patients in home environments and developing measurable functional treatment plans.
• Experience administering diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests preferred.
• Documentation skills with experience in objective, analytic patient notes and communication with interdisciplinary teams required.
• Ability to provide instruction to patients and caregivers and to supervise PT Assistants, aides, or students preferred.
• Ability to meet credentialing and background screening requirements for Massachusetts home health agencies.

• Standard Hours Per Week: 40.
• The clinician may be required to travel to multiple patient residences within the service area; floating to other service locations may be required.
