Communication Specialist II Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing materials for leadership meetings and large-scale events, including agendas, presentations, and talking points.
• Support coordination and execution of senior leadership meetings and major enterprise events.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure all leaders and speakers are prepared.
• Ensure consistency of strategy and messaging across various materials and platforms.
• Collaborate with partners such as IT, security, and event services to manage logistics and technology needs.

Communication Specialist II Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in communications, event coordination, or corporate operations.
• Strong writing and editing skills capable of producing executive-level content.
• Proven experience supporting large meetings or corporate events.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
