DESCRIPTION

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John's!

A Jimmy John's Crew Member is the "Face" of Jimmy John's and must understand the importance of the customer experience while executing fast and accurate sandwiches and maintaining sanitation standards.

Essential Functions Include:

• Execute quality store operations and deliver exceptional customer and store experience.

• Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches while complying with brand standards regarding portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures.

• Pass the sandwich test at the end of the first two weeks of training and at any future testing times.

• Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code.

• Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines.

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies.

• Take telephone orders, complete delivery tickets, and deliver orders to guests within a 5-mile radius of the store.

• Operate food preparation machinery.

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including but not limited to tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, restrooms, etc.

• Foster an environment of teamwork and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.

• Perform other related duties as necessary.
