Paralegal

StevenDouglas is working with a single-family office of a hedge fund manager on a Paralegal search in Miami (one of the largest family offices in the world!). This is an opportunity to join a small, high-performing legal team supporting a globally connected family office, grown from a handful of people to over 20 on shared services in just a few years, with a culture that's fast-paced, detail-oriented, and collaborative. The office reports directly through the COO to the principal, giving this role real visibility, and touches every corner of the business, from corporate functions like HR, tax, and finance to distinct asset classes including marine, aviation, auto, and art. The Role Working alongside the General Counsel and legal team, this Paralegal will handle contract and document work, from drafting and reviewing agreements to managing legal documentation across personal agreements, private investments, and real estate. As the team grows, there's real room to take on new projects and expand responsibilities beyond the core paralegal function. What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Secretary, or Executive Assistant with comparable responsibilities Strong attention to detail and judgment to handle confidential matters Bachelor's degree required On-site in Miami five days a week Prior family office experience a plus but not required Experience executing NDA's and other sensitive documents for signature #J-18808-Ljbffr StevenDouglas
