Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) Prior home care experience preferred Current BLS Certification Excellent verbal and written communication skills You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done Reliable Transportation Responsibilities Conduct in-home assessments for clients Develop and review care plan Conduct quarterly supervisory visits Medication administration and management Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation Physical Demands Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
