Address: 214 Sam's Ave, NSB FL 32168 Hourly Rate: $31.5846 - $36.5631 Depending on Qualifications Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM About the Job! The Plans Examiner works under the direction of the Chief Building Official in the examination of all residential and commercial plans for code and ordinance compliance. What We're Looking For Highschool Diploma or equivalent; Experience in construction to include one of the following: building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical or experience in one or more of each of the following trades: electrical, building, mechanical, or plumbing construction work; or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Please Note: The starting hourly rate is dependent on years of experience and DBPR trade licenses held.
