Number of Beds - Cath lab 8 Holding Bays and 4 Cath / EP suites

Number of Staff: 16

Type of staff: Day Shift - day shift 6:30 to 5:30

Night Shift - rotating on call

Patient Ratios - 3 staff to 1 patient

Cath Lab procedural area Type of equipment Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, CardioLab for EP

Skill Set

Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience

BLS & ACLS

ARRT (R) RCIS or RCES

If they have the RCIS or RCES, they must be willing and able to apply for register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA before they start working

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

ARRT (CI) or (CV) preferred

Scrubbing and monitoring skills and experience

Prior Meditech experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): LHC, RHC, EP ablations Pacers, ICD s, Cardioversions, TEE s Tilt Table Tests. EP /Structural Heart / Monitoring skills and Right Heart monitoring.

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Call schedule is a rotating schedule two weekends and 9-12 days of call in a 6 week period
