About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items.
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders as necessary.
• Support other kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
• Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes and improvements.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
