TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon for a permanent opportunity with a growing surgical practice at a large academic-affiliated medical center in North Carolina. Position details include a full spectrum of reconstructive plastic surgery, dedicated OR block time, shared call with support, and an established team of 3 surgeons and 4 advanced practice providers. The practice environment offers access to an ambulatory surgery center for outpatient procedures, a comprehensive surgical program with strong institutional support, and a large referral network across a broad regional service area. The academic-affiliated setting provides access to resident support. Clinical focus includes general plastic and reconstructive surgery with opportunities to develop a focus in hand surgery or microsurgery. Requirements include Board Eligible or Board Certified status in Plastic Surgery, fellowship or interest in hand or microsurgery, and an active North Carolina license (or ability to obtain).
