Machine Operator/Production

In this role, you will play a vital part in our production process by operating machinery, handling raw materials, and ensuring the manufacturing of high-quality parts. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to meet production targets

• Manage raw materials and ensure efficient workflow

• Perform basic quality checks to maintain product standards

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable using power tools

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a loud environment

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing (a plus)

• Basic machinery operation knowledge

• Troubleshooting skills

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.25 per hour
