Position : Assistant Manager
Reports to : General Manager

As the Assistant Manager you are the vital link that binds the management's vision to the staff's execution. Your role is integral in harmonizing our establishment's operations, ensuring that every aspect reflects our commitment to exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Support : Act as the right hand to the General Manager, assisting in overseeing, directing, and coordinating the operational flow of the restaurant.
• Team Leadership : Play a crucial role in training, organizing, and leading the restaurant staff. Your leadership will be key in maintaining a positive, efficient, and professional work environment.
• Objective Achievement : Work diligently towards achieving set objectives in sales, cost management, employee retention, and guest service. Your efforts will directly impact our tavern's success.
