Note: Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:30pm - 5:00am Some overtime required We are looking for: Hard-working individuals, wanting to excel in their profession Strong organizational skills Self-starting team player with a positive attitude, good communication, and exemplary attendance. Responsibilities include: Prepare machine for production by positioning and securing material Determine the sequence of operations by studying blueprints, specifications, and work orders Set up and maintain tooling in Turret Punch and Panel Bender Regulate machining speed and process by setting and adjusting controls Maintain specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls Resolve production problems by altering process to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs Documents actions by completing production and quality logs Contributes to team effort working in other areas as needed Maintain an orderly and tidy work environment Job Requirements Attention to detail, safety, and quality Ability to work with controls and instrumentation Ability to interface with modern touchscreen automated equipment Basic Microsoft Office/Windows knowledge is needed Capable of solving problems and using good judgment in making decisionsAbility to read and work from prints, schematics, and technical bulletins Ability to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and standing for long periods Education High school diploma or equivalent required Salary $18 and up depending on experience + 3rd shift Shift Differential Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision $100,000 Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability with Medical election Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401k w/ employer match Paid holidays Vacation and sick days based upon tenure Applications submitted for this position are valid for 60 days.
