Rheumatology Physician

\n \nPosition Highlights
\n· Established Rheumatology Program: Join a growing Rheumatology program with three full-time and one part-time Rheumatologists.
\n· Ready-Made Patient Panel: Step into an established outpatient practice with strong patient demand and an available patient panel.
\n· Predictable Schedule: Enjoy a traditional weekday schedule with an approximately 1:7 call rotation.
\n· Primarily Outpatient Practice: Primarily outpatient responsibilities and minimal inpatient consultations.
\n· Strong Clinical Support: Work alongside established Rheumatology providers with dedicated nursing and Medical Assistant support.
\nCompensation & Benefits
\n· Competitive Compensation: Two-year income guarantee followed by an RVU-based compensation model.
\n· Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus.
\n· Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 toward relocation expenses.
\n· Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage with PPO and HDHP options, including HSA and FSA plans.
\n \nQualifications
\n· Degree: MD or DO.
\n· Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
\n· Licensure: Eligible for state medical licensure.
\n· Experience: Outpatient Rheumatology experience preferred.
