Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for a Labor and Delivery unit requiring at least 1 year of travel L&D nursing experience and an active MA RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Labor and Delivery unit
• Circulate in the OR and provide intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care
• 36 hours per week on a day/night rotating shift
• Flexible weekend and holiday coverage required
• 8-week assignment
• Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required (AHA only)
• PALS certification required (AHA only)
• NRP certification required (AHA only)
• Minimum 1 year of Travel RN experience in Labor and Delivery required
• Primary source verification of license/certification required within 30 days of start (NURSYS and BON)
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

Additional Information

• Provide comprehensive nursing care across intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn stages
• Circulating responsibilities in the OR as part of L&D duties
• Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of the Boston facility
• First-time travelers may be considered if experience requirements are met
