Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Lansing, MI by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate in a two-driver setup on long-haul dry van routes, ensuring safe, compliant deliveries across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team-drive routes with shift rotations to meet schedules
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
• Keep detailed logs and coordinate with dispatch in real time
