Open and Close the store in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager _______________________________________________________ Essential duties and responsibilities: Supervise and train store staff. Open and close the store according to policy and as directed. Assist with procedures related to the cash registers, returns and cash handling. Deliver good customer service. Maintain a safe and secure work environment. Appropriately handle customer concern/complaints. Stock and return merchandise per company directive.
