Their primary role is to assist in developing and implementing plans to maintain the property, equipment, grounds and other assets, in a safe and suitable return back to standard. They will also lead a Ninja-like team that is properly trained in guest satisfaction and the standard operating procedures for the property. Like every Ninja always looking for the opportunity to teach their team (Wax up, wax down moments), and improve results.
