Key Responsibilities

• Employ radiographic and CT techniques to capture high-quality images for physician evaluation.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to aid in accurate diagnosis.
• Position patients carefully and adjust equipment settings to ensure optimal imaging results.
• Adhere strictly to patient and staff radiation safety protocols.
• Keep detailed and accurate records including imaging logs and equipment maintenance documentation.
• Deliver empathetic patient care throughout each step of the imaging process.
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient imaging suite.

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
• Must be a graduate from an accredited radiology program.

Certifications Needed

• ARRT certification (in CT and/or Radiography) required.
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Essential Skills

• Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety measures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and adapt to changing priorities.
