Job Description

No more wondering what's in your check. San Antonio drivers on this route get a guaranteed weekly floor, newer trucks, and freight that doesn't waste your time loading and unloading.

Route Highlights:

Weekly pay guaranteed, or mileage if it pays more
Skip the hassle: no forced dispatch into NYC or the five boroughs
Newer fleet: 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths
Support team available 24/7

What You'll Earn:

Average weekly gross of $1,300 to $1,500, top performers over $1,800
Per-mile rate of $0.54 to $0.60 based on experience
Guaranteed $1,200/week gross (or mileage pay, whichever is greater) your first 6 months
$2,000 total sign-on bonus over your first 3 months
Performance bonus up to 3 CPM tied to safety, mileage, and productivity
Schedule: 12 days out, 2 days home

Freight & Trucks:

No-touch freight, 70% drop and hook
All 48 states, freight concentrated east of I-35
Double bunks and automatic transmission in every truck

Benefits Package:

Paid vacation starting after your first year
401(k) with company match
Trainer program available: extra $250/week plus mileage bonus, requires 1+ year OTR experience
Riders and pets allowed per company policy

Requirements:

Must be 21 or older
Class A CDL valid in one state only
Valid driver's license for the past 12 consecutive months
Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months (or qualify via Extended Road Test)
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
No preventable CMV accidents in the last 5 years
No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years while holding a CDL-A
Must pass hair follicle and urine drug test and DOT physical
