In this role, you will collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other care team members to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plans and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as assigned and permitted by scope of practice.
• Assist with routine clinical procedures and support patient assessments.
• Document care accurately and maintain timely, complete patient records.
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Support patients and families with education, guidance, and reassurance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment while following infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help ensure continuity of care.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status and escalate concerns as needed.

• Current and active practical nursing license in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
• Completion of an approved practical nursing program.
• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient care practices, safety procedures, and infection control standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and care teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records preferred.
