Come work for Scooters Coffee - Scoot Operating Franchise. We are a Drive-Thru coffee concept looking for Amazing Baristas in Wilmington on College Rd! This role is hourly pay (starting at $10/hr) + Credit Card tips and Daily Cash tips!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate drinks.
• Greet and connect with each customer
• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products
• Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
• Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, and supplies
• Keep the work environment sanitary and organized
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
• Work as a team and communicate with all staff members

Job Type: Part-time (Full-time hours/position available as well)

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
