Come work for Scooters Coffee - Scoot Operating Franchise. We are a Drive-Thru coffee concept looking for Amazing Baristas in Wilmington on College Rd! This role is hourly pay (starting at $10/hr) + Credit Card tips and Daily Cash tips!

You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooter’s Coffee, Scoot Operating 1, LLC . If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate drinks.
- Greet and connect with each customer
- Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products
- Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
- Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures
- Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
- Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines
- Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, and supplies
- Keep the work environment sanitary and organized
- Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
- Work as a team and communicate with all staff members

- Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple duties
