• Location: The Bronx, New York
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM (7.5 hours/day)
• Hourly Rate: $38.99 (subject to change based on shift differential, experience, education, or other relevant factors)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN/physician supervision, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, triaging/rooming patients within 15 minutes, and performing treatments.
• Accurately document patient information, vitals, interventions, and medication administration with 100% compliance.
• Collect, label, and log specimens (blood, biopsy) with zero tolerance for error.
• Clean and stock exam rooms between sessions, maintain supply par levels, and sterilize equipment via autoclave.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate discharge and teach patients/families regarding care management.
• Provide patient and family teaching and discharge instructions.

Qualifications

• NY LPN License & Registration
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Card and Infection Control Certification
• High School/GED minimum
