Steve Napleton Auto Group Love Where You Work Napleton's Schaumburg Buick GMC is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our team. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, low-pressure environment Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and trim levels Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry through test drive, negotiation, and delivery Work the CRM tool to manage leads and maintain a high level of sales effectiveness Assist customers with the completion of all applicable sales documents Follow the dealership sales process as defined by management Build a successful referral network and maintain customer relationships for repeat business Complete manufacturer-specific product training as required Preferred Skills & Experience Previous automotive sales experience preferred (1+ years) Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in customer service or sales High energy, enthusiasm, and a competitive drive throughout the workday Familiarity with CRM tools; Tekion experience is a plus Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Authorized to work in the USA In-person position 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Referral program Additional Information We offer a competitive pay plan with a weekly base and monthly bonus structure.
