LVN with Sales & Marketing experience

Marketing & Medical Assistant PositionIV Nutrition is a premium wellness and IV therapy clinic in Los Gatos offering IV hydration and nutrient drips, NAD+, IM injections, wellness testing, functional health services, weight-loss support, peptides, red light therapy, compression therapy, and other wellness services.We are looking for an energetic, creative, outgoing, and results-driven Marketing & Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This is primarily a marketing and business-growth position, with Medical Assistant responsibilities supporting our clinical operations.Primary Responsibility: Marketing & Business GrowthThe majority of your time will be focused on growing IV Nutrition's presence, generating new patient leads, increasing bookings, and building our local brand.Responsibilities include:Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to increase new patient acquisitionManage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platformsCreate engaging Reels, Stories, posts, photos, and videosPlan and execute social media campaigns and promotionsCreate content showcasing our services, clinic experience, team, events, and wellness offeringsTake photos and videos for social media and marketing campaignsRespond to social media inquiries and help convert followers and leads into appointmentsFollow up with prospective patients and marketing leadsDevelop strategies to increase repeat visits, memberships, packages, and referralsIdentify and develop partnerships with local businesses, gyms, fitness studios, salons, hotels, corporate offices, event planners, and wellness organizationsIdentify local events and opportunities to promote IV NutritionHelp coordinate and participate in community events, networking events, health fairs, and corporate wellness eventsDevelop creative promotions and campaigns to increase clinic trafficTrack marketing leads, campaigns, engagement, and appointment conversionsSecondary Responsibility: Assistant to RNWhen needed, you will support our clinical team with LVN duties, including:Patient intake and basic documentationObtaining vital signsPreparing treatment roomsAssisting RNs with patient flowPreparing supplies and treatment areasSupporting RNs with appropriate non-clinical tasksMaintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinical environmentWhat We're Looking ForWe are especially interested in candidates who have both healthcare experience and strong marketing or social media skills.Preferred qualifications:LVN certificationPrevious healthcare, wellness, med-spa, IV therapy, fitness, or similar experienceDemonstrated experience with social media marketingExperience creating Reels, short-form videos, and engaging social contentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable networking and building local business relationshipsSales or lead-generation experience is highly desirableCreative, proactive, organized, and self-motivatedProfessional appearance and personalityComfortable representing the IV Nutrition brand at community eventsBilingual candidates are a plusWe Train You — You Bring the EnergyNo IV therapy experience?
