Role Kitchen Team Member – full‑time or part‑time hourly, located at 154 N Pulaski Hwy, New Castle, DE. Pay: $16.50 – $18.00 (+$1 for overnight). About Dash In Dash In is a new chef‑inspired food concept under the Wills Group, offering a 24/7 retail environment. We’re building a back‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional food service experiences. Responsibilities Food safety and quality: Follow all food‑safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Freshness & prep: Monitor prep levels, keeping ingredients ready for service. Organization: Keep the prep station tidy, restock supplies, and organize items. Receiving: Place delivered goods in their proper place for cooking. Kitchen cleanliness: Maintain the kitchen’s appearance and cleanliness. Guest interaction: Provide a personalized experience to guests. Equipment operation: Operate deep fryers, slicers, and other food‑service equipment. Lifting: Use safe techniques to lift 50–65‑lb containers (e.g., five‑gallon soft‑drink cases). Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company‑paid GED program). 1 year of food‑service experience; line‑cook or prep‑cook experience preferred. Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends. Authorized to work in the United States, 18 years or older. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Active ServSafe certification or equivalent. Tech‑savvy, including familiarity with POS software. Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving skills. Why Dash In?
