Salina, KS

Our client is looking for an experienced, licensed plumber with a strong commercial plumbing background to join their team.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of a job from start to finish - reading blueprints, coordinating work in the field, leading a crew when needed, solving problems as they arise, and keeping projects moving with minimal oversight.

What we’re looking for:

• Current plumbing license required

• Commercial plumbing experience

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings

• Ability to take ownership of a job and help carry it from start to finish

• Experience leading or directing a crew in the field

• Strong troubleshooting and real-time problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal oversight

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license required

• Physical ability to lift materials and work in commercial and industrial environments

What you’ll do:

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems and fixtures

• Work from blueprints, layouts, and project specifications

• Coordinate day-to-day work in the field and help keep projects on schedule

• Provide direction to crew members and coordinate work as needed

• Identify and solve field issues as they arise

• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members

• Maintain tools, equipment, and organized job sites

• Document work performed and materials used

• Take ownership of quality workmanship from the beginning of a project through completion
