Key Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Pedi Horizons Clinic, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks aimed at delivering excellent pediatric care. Your daily duties will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments by recording detailed medical histories and evaluating symptoms to develop effective care plans.
• Performing thorough physical examinations on patients ranging from newborns to adolescents, observing for signs of illness or injury and documenting findings accurately.
• Diagnosing and treating various pediatric conditions including minor injuries, acute illnesses, and chronic diseases while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and analyzing the results to adjust treatment regimens accordingly.
• Educating parents and caregivers on proper child care techniques, preventive measures, and management of ongoing health conditions.

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
