Job Description Job Description Tmaxx Construction is looking to hire a full-time General Maintenance Technician to provide a next level service to our clients through proper execution of general maintenance work including carpentry work including gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, painting, and more . This is an hourly earning position that is based on experience. Job Summary Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring technical labor skills. General Accountabilities Your Responsibilities as a General Maintenance Technician Completing Maintenance & Repairs – You’ll be completing small to larde maintenance and repairs for residential work orders. As an experienced General Maintenance Technician , you must have strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following: Carpentry work Floor installation and refurbishing Bathroom improvements Kitchen improvements Painting, both inside and out Drywall work, minor and major repairs Minor general plumbing and electrical skills, where permitted by law Floor installation and refurbishing Orders parts, supplies, or equipment.
