Feasibility Lead

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Feasibility Lead to drive country selection strategy and site identification for clinical trials. The role combines data-driven feasibility assessment, site landscape management, and cross-functional partnership to support sponsor-dedicated programs across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven country selection strategy with site allocation and enrollment distribution recommendations
• Oversee feasibility assessments including protocol questionnaires, competitive analysis, and regulatory timeline mapping
• Build and maintain curated site and investigator databases across multiple geographic regions and indications
• Lead site identification, qualification, and performance tracking to inform future selection decisions
• Present feasibility findings and trade-offs to cross-functional teams, highlighting data gaps and key assumptions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, public health, or related field
• 5+ years clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO with feasibility oversight
• Demonstrated ownership of country and site selection recommendations for global studies
• Strong quantitative skills in Excel, enrollment modeling, and trial-landscape data platforms
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP, global regulatory requirements, and submission timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholder audiences
• Experience with immunology therapeutics highly preferred
