Help Older Adults Connect Through Tech

Overview DOROT's mission is to address social isolation among older adults. We are looking for Tech Volunteers to help older adults learn how to use devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. The minimum time commitment is 1 hour per week for 3 months and DOROT provides all training needed. We also need facilitators with a stronger tech background to lead group sessions on Zoom on a particular area of focus. Responsibilities Assist older adults in using smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Provide basic application training. Commit at least 1 hour per week for 3 months. Attend training provided by DOROT. Facilitators lead Zoom group sessions on a focused tech area. Qualifications Age 18 or older.
