Portfolio Solutions Specialist

We are looking for a Portfolio Solutions Specialist to join our Portfolio Solutions team. This role will support the operation, oversight, onboarding, and performance management of delegated authority portfolios, with a focus on index business and complex MGA relationships. This will be a hybrid role situated either in our office in O’Fallon, MO, Alpharetta, GA OR Chicago, IL. Your Team Join our dynamic Portfolio Solutions team in North America, where we manage and oversee delegated authority portfolios across multiple lines of business. The team partners closely with underwriting, claims, compliance, finance, actuarial, operations, and external MGA partners to support onboarding, governance, portfolio monitoring, reporting, and operational excellence. The Impact You Will Have The Portfolio Solutions Specialist supports the onboarding, ongoing management, and portfolio monitoring of highly complex delegated authority facilities and MGA relationships across North America. This role requires strong project management and organizational capabilities, with responsibility for coordinating cross-functional activities across Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, Claims, Reinsurance, and external MGA partners. The Specialist will manage multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure new facilities are successfully onboarded and existing portfolios are effectively governed and monitored. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commercial insurance and underwriting fundamentals, delegated authority structures, and risk management, combined with the ability to drive complex initiatives forward through stakeholders who may not directly report to them.
