New Jersey Territory Sales Manager

To drive profitable growth in the Morristown/Newark, NJ area, the fully remote New Jersey Territory Sales Manager will manage independent agents to exceed new business production and premium goals while promoting a full suite of insurance products. Key responsibilities Manage product integration with industry technology and comparative rating platforms within the assigned market Promote and position National General Insurance products to Independent Agency Partners, focusing on household package coverages Develop and maintain a pipeline for new agency appointments and support corporate agreements with large independent agents Required qualifications Strong knowledge of the independent agency channel and industry competitors Experience in sales and managing relationships with independent agents Proven track record of exceeding production and profitability goals Understanding of insurance products, including personal auto and homeowners insurance Ability to consult and gather market intelligence to enhance product positioning
