What We Offer

Weekly Paycheck — qualifying technicians can receive an established guaranteed rate of up to $45 per hour, with a 40-hour weekly guarantee.

Production Pay Above 40 Hours — flagged hours above 40 are paid at up to 2.0x your established guaranteed hourly rate. A technician established at $45 per hour base rate can earn $90.00 per hour on flagged hours above 40!

Monday–Friday Schedule — 8:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Compensation based on your experience, demonstrated ability, and current skill level.

Job Duties

Perform maintenance and general automotive repairs.

Diagnose and repair common mechanical concerns.

Complete routine service and less-complex repair work accurately and efficiently.

Follow dealership repair procedures and quality standards.

Maintain accurate repair documentation.

Participate in training and certification opportunities.

Continue building your diagnostic and technical abilities.

What We're Looking For

Previous professional automotive repair experience.

Experience may come from a dealership, independent repair shop, or other professional automotive service environment.

Ability to perform maintenance and general mechanical repairs independently.

Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.

A desire to continue learning and developing technically.

Dependability, professionalism, and pride in quality work.

OEM and ASE certifications are not required for this opportunity.
