APRN Family Practice: Primary & Urgent Care Specialist

SWCHC, Inc.

A healthcare organization located in Bridgeport, CT seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary and urgent care for adults and children. This role requires a graduate of an accredited training program, certification in Family Practice, and a CT State License. The ideal candidate has at least one year of clinical work experience, preferably in urgent care or emergency settings.
