Job Purpose: We are seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operation of our commercial truck fleet. This is a hands‑on, hourly position that plays a key role in keeping our vehicles safe, compliant, and on the road. This role combines parts coordination, light‑to‑moderate repair work, and vehicle shuttling, making it ideal for someone with a background in fleet or truck maintenance who enjoys variety and responsibility. Fleet Maintenance Support Assist with maintenance and repair work on commercial trucks and equipment Perform inspections, basic diagnostics, and preventative maintenance Support senior mechanics with repairs as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment Parts & Inventory Coordination Order parts and supplies for fleet maintenance and repairs Communicate with vendors and suppliers on availability, pricing, and delivery Track parts usage and help maintain inventory levels Coordinate parts needs with shop staff to minimize vehicle downtime Vehicle Shuttling & Logistics Shuttle trucks to and from repair shops, vendors, and company locations Assist with vehicle movements within the yard or between facilities Support fleet logistics during peak maintenance or repair periods General Fleet Support Assist with recordkeeping related to maintenance and repairs Communicate clearly with management regarding vehicle status and repair needs Pitch in where needed to support overall fleet operations What is our benefit package?
