Managers are responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Some examples of your responsibilities would include following:

Scheduling

Staffing

Handling daily issues

Ensuring guests have an enjoyable visit

Dealing with employee issues as they arise

Communicating with the staff and other members of the management team on any happenings

Leading all staff members in doing their respective jobs to ensure smooth shifts

Inventory and ordering
