We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. This is a Fargo based position.

You will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering insurance products that people need for their security and peace of mind.

Our newest Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance to protect their family from life's uncertainties.

Property & Casualty license is a bonus, but we will assist you to get your license!

Retail, Restaurant, Hotel, and Customer Service experience are great attributes to succeeding in this position.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

· Process customer policy change requests.

· Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

· Maintain knowledge of new products.

· Prospecting for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Requirements

· Successful Sales Background in Retail, Restaurant, Hotel, and Customer Service Industry

· Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

· Create relationships from a cold start.

· Must be highly self-motivated.
