Compensation: $50,000–$100,000+ annually (base salary + commission and performance incentives)

What You'll Do

- Connect with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Develop new business through inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, referrals, and follow-up opportunities.
- Present insurance solutions, explain coverage options, and confidently guide prospects through the purchasing process.
- Build relationships with customers to generate referrals and additional sales opportunities.
- Manage your sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals in a collaborative, performance-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For

- Previous sales experience preferred, especially in a goal-oriented or commission-based environment.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with prospective customers.
- Self-motivation, accountability, and a desire to exceed expectations.
- Comfort making outbound calls, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
- Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- An active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing and able to obtain the required licensing before performing licensed activities.
