CareStaff Partners seeks an experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a Travel or Local contract position at an Adult Group Home in California.



Specialty: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Population: Adult Group Home/Maybe Adolescent

Start Date: ASAP

Hours Per Week: up to 40 hours, no GTD

Required License/Credentials: Verifiable High School Diploma/G.E.D. and Valid Driver's License, RBT Certification Preferred, and In-Person CPR Training



Pay Package: $17-25 per hour, based on experience.



Description:
Direct Support Professionals create long-term impacts on individuals' lives by encouraging, mentoring, and coaching them to achieve their goals. They follow the Individual Support Plan, engage in activities such as park visits and sensory gardens, and work on social and communication skills. They assist with daily living activities, personal care, housekeeping, and laundry, fostering independence and enhancing individuals' lives.
