This role is vital in the restaurant because you'll:

• Lead by example by demonstrating McDonald's standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Welcome, train, and coach new team members using approved training procedures.
• Help new employees build confidence while ensuring they understand station responsibilities and operational expectations.
• Reinforce food safety, customer service, and cleanliness standards throughout every shift.
• Recognize opportunities to coach team members and provide positive, constructive feedback.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by assisting customers and supporting your team during busy periods.
• Work closely with restaurant leadership to ensure training goals are met.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
