Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Active credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid state respiratory care license
• Proven experience in delivering respiratory therapy in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong proficiency in ventilator management, airway clearance, and oxygen therapy
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and follow facility protocols

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients’ respiratory status
• Administer prescribed respiratory treatments, including aerosol medication, chest physiotherapy, and ventilator support
• Record patient progress and adjust therapy based on physician directives and patient response
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy procedures and best practices for managing cardiopulmonary conditions
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, performing resuscitation and airway management as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Uphold infection control policies and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
