Residential Remodeling Project Manager

We're partnering with a growing, high-end residential remodeling company to find a Project Manager who can own luxury projects from the first client meeting through final walkthrough. Think custom wine cellars, show-stopping kitchen remodels, and clients who expect a polished, white-glove experience every step of the way. This is a client-facing role for someone who blends construction know-how with organization, communication, and a passion for designer-driven, quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners — from pre-construction meetings through weekly project updates and final walkthroughs Participate in the pre-sale process, helping homeowners understand the company's services and assisting with cost gathering and estimating Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans to build a clear plan of action for each project; assist with permitting Schedule all project components and manage subcontractors from pre-project walkthroughs through on-site oversight and quality control Place material orders and manage deliveries Own quality control on the jobsite, ensuring work meets a high standard Use project management software to track schedules, purchase orders, and documentation Qualifications Background in residential construction or interior design, with a strong understanding of the residential construction process Experience managing luxury residential remodels — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, outdoor living spaces — highly preferred Exceptional communicator: highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable Comfortable in a client-facing, consultative role that includes light sales/pre-sale involvement, not just execution Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment Passion for quality craftsmanship and designer-driven projects, with high standards for jobsite cleanliness and customer service Why You'll Love This Role This is a ground-floor opportunity to be the face of a designer-driven remodeling company built on craftsmanship and premium client experience.
