Contract | Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5x8s | Expected 40 hours/week | Monday & Wednesday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Tuesday & Thursday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (one-hour lunches included); flexible scheduling options will be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an orthopedic patient population, including commercial, Medicare, and workers' compensation cases
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and deliver follow-up treatment sessions in 30-minute slots with approximately 60 minutes of treatment time and some overlap
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–11 patients per day and approximately 50 patients per week
• Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OT, PTA, rehab aides, and front desk staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana or eligibility to obtain
• Outpatient physical therapy experience
• Ability to work a 5x8 schedule across a Monday–Friday clinic week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; no minimum years of experience required
• New graduates will be considered
• Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
