Coast Technology is a data-driven digital marketing firm purpose-built for automotive, RV, marine, and powersports dealerships. We operate the STEALTH platform a proprietary stack combining a programmatic DSP, customer data platform (CDP), de-anonymization engine, and inventory intelligence layer. Our team runs paid media, audience strategy, and attribution reporting for hundreds of dealerships across the country. We move fast, operate at a high technical level, and expect the same from our people.

Role Overview

Coast Technology is growing, and our dealers are the reason. We're looking for a Client Success Manager to own those relationships the person who makes sure every dealership on STEALTH is getting real, measurable value and never wonders whether their marketing partner has their back. It's a relationship role with a data backbone: you'll own a book of dealership accounts, drive adoption and retention, and turn STEALTH reporting into plain-English wins.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of dealership accounts as their primary point of contact
  • Lead onboarding and get new dealers live and confident on STEALTH
  • Run recurring performance reviews turn attribution, audience, and campaign data into a clear story of results
  • Drive retention and renewals, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Be the voice of the client inside Coast, coordinating with ad ops, analytics, and creative
  • Catch problems before they become churn

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years in client success, account management, or a client-facing role
  • A natural relationship-builder who's as comfortable with a spreadsheet as a conversation
  • Able to read a report, explain what it means, and say what to do next
  • Organized, proactive, and calm under a fast pace
  • Genuinely curious about data, marketing, and what makes dealers win

Pluses (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in automotive, RV, marine, or powersports
  • Agency, adtech, or SaaS background
  • Familiarity with CRMs, DSPs, CDPs, or attribution and reporting tools
