Staffing Network is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) in Mesa, AZ

Pay: $32-40 (plus $1.50 shift differential)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility operations. This role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on machines and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs during production
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Repair or replace parts and test equipment for proper operation
• Maintain maintenance logs and track repairs
• Support inventory, spare parts, and ordering needs
• Assist with audits and ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Work with team members to resolve technical issues and prioritize tasks

Requirements:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience with troubleshooting production equipment
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance systems
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)

Preferred:

• 5-7+ years' experience with facility maintenance, supervision is a MUST 
• Leadership or training experience
• Associate degree or technical training

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around machinery and in industrial environments
