We’re hiring a Dirt Work Foreman to lead crews through mass excavation, grading, and site prep safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Supervise mass excavation, grading, and cut/fill operations. Set grade, read plans, and ensure job site safety compliance. Coordinate Operators and Laborers for production flow. Maintain clean sites, accurate grades, and safe work zones. Requirements 5+ years dirt work or earthwork construction experience; 2+ years in leadership. Skilled in reading plans, setting laser/GPS grades, and crew coordination.
