Driver/Team Member

We are looking for motivated and outgoing Team Members to join our local Krew! Crew/Team members must be local year-round and have a driver's license with a clean driving record. Crew/Team members will be responsible for driving the Kona Ice truck and serving up smiles at events! This is a fast-paced and fun job in a quick growing company! We participate in a wide variety of activities in the Berks and Lancaster areas, such as school events, tournaments, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, and more! This is a great opportunity for teachers, paraprofessionals, bus drivers, and college students who are local year-round.

Ideal candidates

• Must have a clean driving record
• Independent, self-starter
• Drug free
• Able to work weekends
• Has reliable transportation
• Comfortable working alone

Duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Greeting and serving customers with outstanding customer service
• Driving a Kona Ice truck [approx. size of a small moving truck]
• Processing orders and payments with speed and accuracy
• Adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols
• Completing "Beginning and End-of-Shift" Checklists
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and step in and out of vehicle
