Position Overview Purpose‑Driven Leadership: Champion the company’s core mission by infusing it into daily operations, culture, and strategic decisions. Team Leadership & Development: Lead the Creative and Product teams with a collaborative, hands‑on approach, drawing on 5-10 years of experience in creative leadership. Build a culture of teamwork and accountability, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, product development, sales, marketing, and operations. Encourage new ideas, creative problem‑solving, and a willingness to challenge traditional methods for better results. Strategic & Creative Vision: Leverage experience in product design and development to deliver high‑impact products that resonate with target markets. Oversee digital asset management to improve workflows, resource accessibility, and process efficiency. Use data and analytics to drive product strategy, identify market trends, and optimize consumer engagement. Align product planning and development with financial strategies, ensuring effective resource allocation, demand forecasting, and supplier negotiations. Maintain a strong focus on achieving tangible results and hitting key milestones. Additional Responsibilities: Be available on‑site for at least one week each month to build strong team dynamics and maintain a consistent presence.
