Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in an acute care facility. This role involves providing leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care within a Level 2 Trauma Emergency Department. The position requires utilizing the nursing processassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluationto ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
  • Previous experience in a Level 2 Trauma Emergency Department
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Additional Information:
  • Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of patient care
  • Utilizes holistic nursing skills to develop effective care plans
  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures their implementation
